I'm not all that fast these days either! I've lost your email address from when my NEW computer crashed with the blue screen of death. Please send me an email at gbenson@cshore.com. Yeah, having surgery in 2.5 weeks and tonight I am just plain pissed about it all and the time its going to take out of my life. I'll be fine when its all over, thank goodness. Thanks too for sharing Sandi's kind words. She is an amazing person, writer, and teacher! Definite yes to dogless tea, soon I hope.

Sigh--I am nothing if not . . . slow. Sorry to take so long to respond! I hear wonderful things about you and your writing from Sandi, but she also tells me you're dealing with some health problems, for which I am very sorry.

I would love to get together some time--been having the same thought myself. Since the dogs are hooligans, want to try a glass of tea on the deck without them the first time? As you say, it does look like (knock wood) the rain may have stopped!

I'm so relieved that Dinah is OK...Holly used to be terrified of fireworks, especially when the idiots in the yellow house across the road set them off every year. While I miss her terribly, at least this year she was not subject to those horrifying noises, poor baby. She is pain free and safe in a better place. Sigh. One of these days you'll have to come over with the four footed creatures and we'll enjoy a glass of ice tea on my deck, now that it looks like the rain has stopped!!
