Pleased to say that His Mischief is his own self again. Just confirms his reputation as a frequent flier at the vet’s and at animal poison control.
It brings to mind, though, a game we were playing on the Airedale List a bit ago: if your dog were a car, what would he be?
Dinah would be a dependable, sensible Volvo station wagon, sturdy, family friendly, and always there when you need it.
Crispin’s a Vespa motor scooter–nimble, fast, and lots of fun, but high maintenance and in the shop a lot.
What about your dog?

See … now I prefer the question … what would your dog DRIVE?
Lilly?
A SmartCar, of course.

My dog, I’m afraid, would be an ancient VW mini-bus with one wheel missing. A little stinky and with no air conditioning. But beloved! (He’s a 13 year old golden retriever.)

I’ll have to think on this one. I’m trying to come up with a really fluffy old car for my Shep. Whatever he is, it’s kinda like Sandi’s; four flat tires. As for Luna the greyhound, well, can a greyhound be a mustang? Not sure that’s right. She’s sleek, fast and sexy. But whiny. What kind of car is that? Ick. Is she a Corvette? I hate those.
